5600g is better for single core
4750g is better for multi-core!
The video program also runs on the CPU rather than loading the vega graphics , so it use multi cores on the CPU, so the 5600g appears slow in the video. It would be a good idea to refer to the frame.

If a capture board had been used, I believe the video would not have slowed down.
