That’s this games auto set, facing each cpu character, you allowed to use the Exceed Super Combo once, no matter you have the super power or not, as long as your HP reduced half, you will notice the character’s name is flashing, that means you can use Exceed Super combos. From you ask this question, I can tell you didn’t play this game too much :). Because almost every single player of this game knows this :)
