    How I shifted my self concept:
    1. Looked at my patters and limiting beliefs
    2. Created a sleep affirmation tape
    3. Cut out alcohol (for 14-30 days)
    4. Stepped in with breath-work/meditations when I was feeling triggered
    5. PERSISTED with this routine until I felt an internal shift
    6. Stayed patient with myself
    7. Let myself feel the emotions when they arose
    8. Created a healthy routine for my day

    I LOVED this!!! Shifting my self-concept was the best thing Ive done for myself, especially when it comes to manifesting and creating the life I deserve. Your journey is a beautiful reminder that we really are the creators of our reality and to stay intentional, and trust the process!!!
