Upgrade your barrack so that you can get more powerful troops combination.and try to deploy your troops a little more straticaly and try to search players until you get better loots and try to attack players with your same townhall lavel.but the 1st goal is you have to rebuild you clan castle so that you can request higher level troops from other players. You can save a little more and spend gems for the rest if you wish.
Forgot what level you unlock builder base but when you do will you make videos on them two or just the normal base (you need builder base to get a 6th builder)
Your attacks failed because you didn’t notice the mortars in the enemy bases. Mortars are basically the same as in BB. You dropped all troops at once so they grouped up, and mortars do splash damage.

For attacks you can click next on bottom right to find a base with more loot or an easier base
For collectors and gold mines just collect them when you get on the game or off
Definitely upgrade your barracks and army camps asap
Don't forget to collect stuff from the silver pass (the silver shield thing on the bottom left) when your on your base
