So I've cleaned up my bounce rate and spam rate but I got another fail notice that says my bounce rate is even higher (it was at 6% and now it's at 8) DO I just have to wait till Shopify keeps trying to send emails and do better next time or can I do anything else to stop the bounce rates? I'm experimenting with segments too and will try again in a few weeks
Try to create very small segments that you know will not bounce and send to them. Do more of these . And ofcourse don’t forget to remove bounces from subscribed status over time
