    First layer got little stuck to d tin.
    Your tip is excellent b4 putting d second layer to keep out for 30 seconds This time I'm very happy
    I have to pratice to be perfect ,

    Tomorrow, I'm planning to bake bebinca, I will follow all your instructions & bake up to d mark if if baking is up to perfection than plus points to u. Numerous of times u have guided me Im grateful to u
    If d layer is baked properly. Can I do toothpick test. ?

      No need of toothpick test, after baking every layer let it rest for 30 seconds, then add the next layer

    Bibinca famous desert sweet of goan still I remember d taste. Wonderful & neat brief want to know how to store out side. &How long v can keep outside?

      Bebinca you can keep outside in an airtight container for maximum 5 days or better keep in refrigirator .

      No this cooks in layers , can cook on wood fire but you should know the proper process.

    Hi chef when i added the water to the hot caramel syrup the entire caramel syrup solidified...😢 Could you let me know what i have done wrong

      Once caramel is ready switch off ,gradually add water till the bubbles stops.you have put less water thats the reason.....enjoy cooking.

    So kind of u to upload bebinca video ( for 2nd time)
    Chef Pinto , I go wrong while extracting coconut juice. ( I add more water)
    2nd mistake where I go wrong is baking d layers .when I put 2nd layer
    1st layer comes off
    I observe your video carefully
    Pls tell me for caramel how much water u have used ( 4 table spoon ) pls.mention d number

      Extract very tick coconut milk, after baking every layer let it rest for half a minute then apply sugar syrup and butter, to make caramel add 200gms of sugar and 1/4 cup of water.

    Ur other recipe of bibinca ( 3 years back) shows different measures ! So which to follow

      Both are same only quantity is different, this recipe will give you 1kg and the old one measures 1 and 1/2 kg.
