Hi chef Pinto So kind of u to upload bebinca video ( for 2nd time) Chef Pinto , I go wrong while extracting coconut juice. ( I add more water) 2nd mistake where I go wrong is baking d layers .when I put 2nd layer 1st layer comes off I observe your video carefully Pls tell me for caramel how much water u have used ( 4 table spoon ) pls.mention d number Chef Thank u God bless u
Extract very tick coconut milk, after baking every layer let it rest for half a minute then apply sugar syrup and butter, to make caramel add 200gms of sugar and 1/4 cup of water.

Bebinca you can keep outside in an airtight container for maximum 5 days or better keep in refrigirator .

Hi chef when i added the water to the hot caramel syrup the entire caramel syrup solidified...😢 Could you let me know what i have done wrong
Once caramel is ready switch off ,gradually add water till the bubbles stops.you have put less water thats the reason.....enjoy cooking.

Ur other recipe of bibinca ( 3 years back) shows different measures ! So which to follow
Both are same only quantity is different, this recipe will give you 1kg and the old one measures 1 and 1/2 kg.
