Fantastic job! Your bike looked to be in a perfect condition also before the conversion. I like that, as usually people do the projects on a basis of some really used or damaged motorcycles. The overall effect is outstanding! Looks like a brand new bike at a dealer. For sure I will keep it as an inspiration to my Fazer project that I'm planning this winter.
Great work and well filmed video, I am making very slow progress of my fazer ,lack a welder and other stuff to complete ripped off fairing and put on small twin headlights , still have standard clocks not sure what to get , what did you use please ,?what make ,,,cheers Shane uk 🇬🇧
Thanks for your comment. You mean speedometers ? If correct, I use a speedometer from China 😬 but he works great. You can found it on Aliexpress and it’s very cheap. On the other hand, the connections between the fazer and the speedo are not easy to make.

Aber unserem TÜV würde bei dem Bau noch Halteriemen für Beifahrer fordern. Sehr gut gemacht und werde ich im Winter auch versuchen umzusetzen. Vg

Welding isn't as hard as welders would have you believe. Give it a couple of months and you'll be making some very respectable welds. There's an old saying among mechanics: "a grinder and paint make a welder what he ain't".

Hello Ecoute ce compteur là est particulier (20€ sur aliexpress 🤫) car le cablage est horrible a faire surtout le CT. Va voir les videos de Louki Louki (un copain) qui m’a aidé pour le compte tour. Sinon un compteur koso (plus cher) et un forum et tu as toutes les correspondances des fils. ✌️

Hello ! My speedometer came from Aliexpress and it seems that exist other models like this speedo. But with him, you can wired the speed, the rpm and the gauge. But you must find the color of each cable of your bike and make a correspondence with the speedometer. Slt. Merci pour ton commentaire. Honnêtement je ne m’en rappelle plus mais habituellement je créé des supports à fixer sur la vis des pontets. Étant donné que je passe sur des pontets droits je mets une vis plus longue.

Si tu as le même compteur il te faut 1 condo de résistance et 2 condensateurs. Sur mon ancien fazer j'avais mis un koso et pas de problème de câblage et rien a rajouter.
Bonjour, Très belle realisation. j'ai la meme moto et aussi le meme compteur. je suis bloqué sur le + après contact je ne sais pas pourquoi je sais que c'est le fil marron clair du compteur d'origine mais aucune reaction quand je tourne la clé une fois que je relis au nouveau compteur.. tu pourrais m'aider stp? ou me donner un tuyau. Salut merci pour ton commentaire. 👍 Sans compter le prix de la moto, la transfo m'a coûté environ 500€ avec des pièces neuves et d'occasion (le silencieux). La plupart des pièces viennent directement de Chine sauf la selle (angleterre). Après en dépouillant la moto tu revends facilement les pièces d'origine et si tu te débrouille bien ça rembourse presque le prix des pièces 🤙
Slt. Non pas l’utilité pour ma part. Mais c’est possible en ajoutant une petite plaque vers le capteur de point mort qui servirait de contact pour chaque vitesse. A câbler bien sur. Pas eu envie ni l’énergie de le faire pour si peu de bénéfices a mon sens.
I agree with you but. I wanted to try something different from my first FZS600. I find too that the seat is too big and long. For the rest, I need more practice.
