Curator's Corner: Theodore Roosevelt's Rough Riders Gear Explored

On this edition of Curator's Corner, Phil Schreier of the NRA National Firearms Museum continues to share new details on the upcoming new exhibit, "Theodore Roosevelt Trappings of an Icon: The Summer White House." This time the focus is on the Rough Riders! Featured items include the shark skin hilt sword carried by Col. Roosevelt, 1st U.S.V. Cavalry, Santiago, 1898; a custom-made tunic with a spectacular selection of brass buttons; Roosevelt's Rough Rider hat; and the silk 1st Cavalry flag Rough Riders flag.
