Moons is a fantastic low level move. At close range, its a consistent 60+ damage. Most people make the mistake of firing it directly at the opponent at full power. But aiming the shot a little short at low power will guarantee every hit, even if the enemy is moved downwards. Plus its a good terrain destroyer.
But as always great title, definitely does not imply anything else lmao.

Penetrator is always gonna be a bad move. The only reason Steve said it was good is because of the damage that he saw that move do in XP farms lol. In almost every other situation, penetrator sucks mega ass lol.
I guess to be fair, the circumstance he described was shooting it at low power and a very steep angle on flat ground. That would lead to the shot bouncing forward along the ground several times, shooting several shots at short curves under the ground. That would shred the area immediately in front of you without too much risk, but yeah, it's far from ideal. Not too much damage, and if the terrain is slightly off or it goes farther than you thought it would, it could seriously backfire. Not really worth the effort it takes to get it right, unless you've had a ridiculous amount of practice, and that amount of practice is DEFINITELY not worth it.

Steve is absolutely correct and honestly I am really annoyed at Jerome for being a jag about it the whole time because Penetrator does a ton of damage when you are right next to or right on top of your opponent.
Just because a weapon can situationaly do realy well it doesn't mean its good. I dont think its the worst in the game cuz it has the one use of suiciding your opponent but its realy bad unless your doing that
