I am considering this phone because I moved on from my Pixel 3a last year and I am *FED UP* with not having a headphone jack. There's downsides to every alternative solution.
Wireless earbuds, that's multiple batteries to manage, the random misbehaving of Bluetooth to deal with, and I can't find a set that won't fall out of my ear when I'm even just walking around.
Dongles, they take up the charge port so I can only charge or listen, not both. And it's very easy for these to come with absolutely garbage DACs that introduce lots of static or other background noise.
I also have this little Bluetooth box that I plug wired headphones onto, that's another battery to manage, it introduces a second volume control to manage, and it has all the random Bluetooth misbehaving too. Just this morning it decided I get no audio at all until I power cycle it.
Like I said, I'm fed up. I never had any problems when I just plugged headphones directly into the phone. Just give me back my f$#&ing headphone jack!!!

Thank you for this video even though I'm two months late now haha! The two main reasons why I'm interested in this phone is for the camera, physical fingerprint sensor and headphone jack. I bought this phone and decided to return it without giving it a chance because I was being too picky and listening to everyone online saying exynos = bad. So, I went with the A34 and that was a terrible decision. The cameras are terrible on this phone, only thing I really like is the battery life but I made the wrong choice. I also love the physical fingerprint over the under the screen ones. I really love that the A25 has more old school traditional features that I grew up using in older phones from the past like LG, HTC, Note 8 and 9 and the Pixel 3 XL. I'd say I more trust your videos over many of the fake ones I see from other tech reviewers on here. Cuidate, amigo!
Yeah right for me I never gave up the headphone jack, Just like the A35 and A55 don't have headphone jack. what if your wireless earphone is low batt. and you don't have power bank to recharge it. you can't use your wireless earphone. the advantage of having headphone jack is you can choose between the too the wireless or the wired earphone so there is no problem at all. that's why I'll go for headphone jack it dosen't matter if the specs is low but you can update the software. I hope Samsung notice that how Important is headphone jack.
In one video you don't recommend the Galaxy A25 but here you do, what has changed?
A25 an A53 have the same processor you should do a comparison of both

In terms of day-to-day performance (for a regular user) is it worth getting A25 or the A15 is good enough?
Samsung a15 seems like a wiser choice to me, it's also amoled
Or rather wait for the a35 which should be more value for money

@@kazielbonn yes oo, look at the benchmark tests he did and exynos isn't as reliable as it should be
@@kazielbonn For gaming A25 is "worse", for battery draining A25 is slightly better but not worth it, for heating i think they are same, overall not worth it

In South Africa you can get the A34 for the same price. Gorilla glass 5, IP67, and better processor (maybe more stuff as well)

Samsung design language is outdated. Take a look at redmi note 13. Big obtrusive notch vs punch hole in redmi. Forget the updates, once you update your apps in the play store you don't have any issue

Other than that its ok but too expensive for its price the a15 gives you more bang for your buck
