Consider covering your cake boxes with plastic, so that they dont get stained or absorb humidity and odors from the environment! You are doing great! Your house is so nice with gorgeous view!

If you wash and drain the mulberries before freezing, jam making will be a lot easier. I have a tree and found that I lose a lot of the fruit if frozen berries are washed.
Your husband is a very patient man putting that shelf together.😊

Have you consider getting yourself a dehydrator! You can blend the fruit and dehydrate it, it saves a lot of space. You place it in flat pans, dont need to add sugar!

The house is looking good. Everything takes time. I noticed your meals consist of fish and white rice. Don’t you and your husband like vegetables? Like broccoli, corn, spinach etc? It’s important to eat vegetables with your food. 😊 I was wondering.
I guess from time to time, they'te eating vegetable. Mind you that their place is an island, so the main source of food there comes from the sea, and it's fresh fish.🐟

If uve watched them from the old tiny wooden house, lagi sila may gulay coz they can just pitas in their surrounding garden. Maybe now the plants have not bloomed or grown yet in their new house. Maybe that explains 😅
