Great idea!! I ordered the parts from Amazon from your links. Can I ask what size of hexagon screws are they on the waverunner? I think I need to get the right screwdriver to mount the hook
@@JeTsKi_MiSfItS Thanks for being so responsive, I mean would you by chance know what are the screw size? I dont have a complete toolbox so want to make sure I get the right size
I will be touring and want to install the bumpers before pulling up to a dock to fuel. Could you publish a video where you remove the bumpers from storage and install while on the water, away from a dock.
They look more secure and muchhhhhh better than the sea doo auction cup type bumper guards... also those are Yamaha bumper guards in your video and the link that you provided aren't the same name brand bumper guards... not going to work for me, i only purchase name brand items only, but thank you👍🏼
I have the Yamaha name brand ones that came with my FX limited. It's the same Chinese made product without the Yamaha name. You're just paying more for the name. However there's much better fenders than this you can use such as the wavesrx folding triangular ones that provide more protection
So from hearing you on the watercraft journal I know you have a waveblaster 1lol. With that said how well would these fit on a b1. I'm going to my aunts lake hours and want to tie mine up since there is no wear to put my scissor water stand. I'm really more concerned about how well the hook on the bumper hooks to the rub rail not the rig you did
@@crossmax1084 sorry yes it's the 6in. Of u have an FX double up the bungees on the rear bumper. The GP and VX only need 1 6inch and both front and back will fit snugly
@@JeTsKi_MiSfItS awesome thanks for the info. I have a feeling I know the answer but do you beach them? Ever considered doing full hull wrap clear or otherwise or just a piece on the very bottom to protect from beaching?
I order some I-hooks the ones I got are big doesn’t fit around the hole where the screw sets in.. so I need to order some smaller ones or are their different size I hooks ? I’m confused
Great youtube. I had the same problem with the anchor hooks not sitting flat. I went to the hardware store and got a 10 pack of stainless steel washers for a couple dollars. They are 5/8" wide with 1/4" hole and about 1/16" thick. I put 3 of them under the anchor hook.
great idea, and great video
Thx bro!
I’m learning so much. Thank you.
@@trxntroll843 you're welcome 👍
Good idea! I love the storage bag!
👍👍👍 thk u!
Very clean setup, i like it
Thx brother ! 👍
Love the bumpers!
👍
I use those but I like how you hook your better. I'm gonna do that!
It's really secure and never let me down yet or come loose
Thanks for sharing.
Thx for watching 👍

Sure next time im out
It's very easy tho. I do it all the time because i have an underwood storage bag that's easy to reach and pull out the fenders
Is your ski wrapped along the sides of the foot Wells?
Yes
Genius! 🎉

How did you attach the Yamaha f5g-u511a-v0-00 under the hood?
It comes with washers for the existing screws u have there already. Unscrew, line up the holes, place washers and screw back in

What size bungees did you all use? Great hack btw, thanks for posting
The links to exactly everything u need is in the description section of the video
