Nice work guys and very fast! just one question I notice your cheek walls are constructed on top of the tile battens is this ok ?

Yeah we insulated in between them. But the load is still transferred on to the rafters. When it comes to build dormers with out a tin roof speed is your best friend to get it in the dry.
