Speech is okay , but as principal you need to possess lot of values- such as humility, simplicity, kind, humble and so many other characteristics- You were always found very proud and arrogant when ever I came across. It is easy to preach, please show it in your approach.
She needs to control hundreds of arrogant students and their parents. You cannot handle those thorns with rose petalled soft and smooth nature... As a principal of present day i express this.
@@lathab3007 With arrogant parents, she should be strict, arrogant blah blah...but with well- mannered,cultured parents, she should be a bit flexible... When my son was studying in Holy Family Convent high school & junior college, inspite of being courteous whenever I had to communicate with the Principal, she used to be rude to not only to me,but to other well - mannered parents too... surprisingly, whenever she had to approach me for assistance,( donation , volunteer or judge for any event), she used to be so humble...what can one deduce from this behaviour of her...but I went through the entire video above & I found this principal, a lady of principles, her speech was very commendable, as any principal ' s speech
