Excellent explanation and helpful video. I am able to follow every step and executed successfully. In my developer home page in salesforce account, I am not able to find "All Accounts" option to check my data, however 11 records extracted into S3 as expected.
Hi Namrata, Thank you for creating the video. This is really helpful to understand the basic of appflow server as there is not much materiels available in net. For my case I need to enable 'run on event' option for Salesforce to S3 ingestion. But this option is showing as disabled . Do you have any idea ?
Thanks for the demo. It's much helpful. I wonder if there's a way to choose file format for imported S3 file. I mean what if someone wants to import SalesForce data in an XML/csv file.
Amazon AppFlow now supports exporting into a CSV file or a Parquet file. You can choose the format under "Additional Settings" when you select an S3 bucket
Hi Namrata, I was trying to download data from NoteandAttachment but it is not working. This is standard salesforce object does not allow SOQL query option. Is there any way out in Appflow for this.
Awesome video, I had integrate similar way as you mentioned in video but i am getting an exception saying "m.Action.sort is not a function" Could you please help me or any idea why I getting such exception? Thanks
Hi Namrata, Could you please help me to get a csv file from AWS s3 bucket. We have inserted csv files and we want to automatically that csv file to local computer
Regarding using AppFlow + SalesForce for capturing SF Events, I was unsuccessful to setup the flow. The Objects are getting transfered from SF to S3 via AppFlow. However, when I try to do the setup for streaming event changes using this path - SF -> AWS AppFlow -> AWS EventBridge -> CloudWatch Logs - I notice that the AppFlow is in an error state when a change is made on SF. I did enable Change Data Capture on SF side. I am wondering if anyone was successful in this setup. Thanks
Congratulations Namrata. could you help me with this error: The request failed with the Salesforce status Code 403: [{"message":"The REST API is not enabled for this Organization.","errorCode":"API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG"}], RequestId: null. PD: I have salesforce free for 30 days
