Those transfer stickers can really be tricky to put on but the result is the next best thing to printed parts. Unfortunately I broke my Funwhole tweezers (ran over them with my chair... 🙈) so I might have to get another big Funwhole set soon. Life is hard. 🤣
@OrtwinR I have built a couple of Funwhole sets and overall they have improved their quality. The inclusion of tweezers in a set is a nice bonus lol. Saves me asking the missus.
@BarefootonBricks Thank you, my friend!! Yes transfer stickers certainly have their ups and downs, I just hate the small ones where the stickers don't always peel from the transfer paper
I definitely enjoy watching your videos. I agree with your recommendation in this one. It’s actually funny because based on my watching your prior video, I am currently building the RUFGT. Keep up the great work, buddy.
Those trans panels are crazy! 😮 love the panels! That thin orange stripe really got me mad 😂 I can’t imagine putting that on!! Sweet build! Overall, it looks good! 👍🏼
model is nice, but i feel like it misses out a lot not having the HoG. it having steering at all is always a bonus but having it inside an unaccessible (at least normally) cockpit only is a bit silly
@@M0torsagmannen exactly!! I think it's set up to easily add RC functions, which is fine, but it ruins the experience for people who don't care for RC sets (me)
ProBlocks is a new brand of Happy Build / Xinyu / ShineYu. They use GoBricks parts so the part quality is reliably great and works well in Technic builds. As for this set, I agree that it's a bit overpriced at 60 $. You can get it as a direct import for half the price and then it's much more reasonable. Of course, I understand that a "proper" importer like Wave RC also has to earn some money but it makes this one a bit unattractive. I think I like the special panels because they still seem more or less reasonably universal to use them in other builds. Built a Sembo Speed Champion recently and that had big special parts that just were a bit too much for me.
@OrtwinR That is great info, thank you!! Yeah I agree with your points, also I think Wave RC is one of the few places you can purchase where they include the original box, which naturally increases shipping costs that they must work into the price. You are right, though! The parts quality was very excellent all around!
@legoautoz Great point!! With LEGO we sacrifice perfect accuracy for the build experience and being able to make MOCs. With a set like this, you wouldn't be able to make good MOCs because the parts are too specialized.
I do have the Lego Speed Champions Solus but honestly only because I really love the McLaren F1, I wouldn't have bought the Solus if it was a single car set, needless to say that car doesn't really appeal to me, and neither does this version of it. Also these big panels don't do it for me, I get that they wanted to get as close as possible to the actual thing but as for building blocks they are too big. I don't like the canopy either, why not use transparent pieces.
@synyster7785 totally fair! Personally, I am a fan of the Solus and agreed to take a look at this set as I found it very interesting. I know the Solus GT is a very polarizing design to begin with, so I can totally appreciate that this one doesn't appeal to many! I appreciate your comment!

This car is so fresh. Love the color scheme as well.

The sliding top makes me think of the batmobile for some reason! Cool feature.
@@my2credits ohh yeah! Fair point! It does have sort of a superhero/insane design vibe to it 🤔
Its nice to have a "Fego" (Fake-Lego) company that is seemingly good quality and a little cheaper than real lego!

Very much agree with your thoughts! To me it's like a relatively cheap plastic assembly toy that's perfectly accurate (SnapKit for example), but worse

Nice looking set - seems a little on the fragile side things. Nice job on the build and review. Can't wait to see what you tackle next

Interesting alternative set, I found the Lego Solus gt had too many loose parts on it that are easily knocked off .

Kinda off topic but how do you go about getting sponsors? Do they contact you or do you contact them?
