    Great presentation. Well, Yeh one of the best project hai Delhi NCR ka. Yes, distance is a point. But you should also cover up the investment in industrial belt in YEIDA and Jewar Airport. Jewar Airport is going to be Asia's second largest airport. We have seen how Gurgaon has developed over the years because of its short distance with IGI airport. So YEIDA will keep flourishing with more pace, what I think.

      Don't invest in this project. This is hyped project by Builder. Invest in Greater Noida or Noida. Yamuna Expressway will take time

    Hello, what are views on eta-1 and delta-3 sectors of greater noida for end use purpose? I am looking for 300-500 sq mt plots for constructing villa.
    Or should i consider swarna nagri?

      Eta-1 and Delta-3, not having cheap plots and their rates are almost the same but Swarn Nagri has an added advantage of being near Pari Chowk.

    Flats mein to gated community mil jata hai par villas mein nhi milta. Plz a humble request.
