    Just found you today! I’m binge watching. Not only do you have a calm and relaxing demeanor, but when you talk, you don’t talk too much. Your instructions are clear and you don’t carry on needlessly. When you have music in the background it’s not annoying or overpowering. I love your choice of projects and admire your skill in fabricating them. I hope you keep doing this. I really enjoy it and it’s clear to me that you are a natural in not only what you do, but the way you present it. I feel really fortunate to have stumbled upon your channel. Thank you!

    I absolutely love this video. Have watched it many times. The expanded metal legs. Perfection. Never thought of using it that way. I really do enjoy your videos.

    That was awesome. I am a sheet metal worker by trade and am interested in making metal art. I have a welder, sheet and a leaf brake. I am gonna get started !

    I like your metal art. Can i ask what plasma cutter you use? The wife wants me to start making her stuff out of metal for garden art and things like that and was wondering what a mid range cutter would cost. Probably the thickest i would cut would be 1/8th inch i guess.

      A little over a year ago I purchased the jegs pro cut 40. It's a 110/220 entry level plasma for around $200, set at around 60psi I have clean cut 1/4" plate with ease. I purchase the tip consumable from ebay, a package of 30 pieces including cups runs about $20 shipped to the house. The electrodes are double tipped and last normally through a half sheet of cutting various shapes of 14g. For the money this little machine has paid for itself 10 times over. And if course with practice I've gotten some pretty details cuts . Thanks for inquiring and the compliment. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the video, well done. Question: what kind of plasma cutter do you use?

      Thank you, a couple years ago I bought a Jegs pro cut 40 plasma. It was around $240 shipped to the house. Consumables can be purchased in packs of 10-20 electrodes for around $20. I'm still using it and honestly it's paid for itself 50 times over. It's foreign manufactured but so far has proven to be the best buy I've ever made for the shop.

      @wrotiron  5 лет назад +1

      Anywhere from 12-20 depending on detail. Some i will cut the detail into the wings.
