Thanks for the video. I have a vintage American Optical Spencer microscope, from the 50s/60s, and would love to put an LED source in place of it's original source. I still have the condenser, too. Any thoughts on what would fit?
Hello, does anyone know the best light source for darkfield microscopy for live blood analysis? For example I would like to be able to see the chylomicrons, bacteria, etc.
