He'll flop guys for sure !!! you'll get reality check ones the season starts if he starts poorly no excuse in the name of process or team building as Liverpool already has team enough to even challenge for the title but with this guy I suspect its gonna happen . He'll be like another brenden rogers or roy hudson type of appointment .
My favorite part of the press conference was when Arne owned almost the entire fanbase by shutting down assumptions about his formation/ tactics. Really exposing some as not these technical geniuses they think they are. In Arne we trust!

Arne seems very humble and aware of the situation he’s in, but brings confidence at the same time. I trust edward’s and can’t wait to see us play, i think a midfield of trent mac allister and a number 6(endo, bajcetic, new signing?) could work! I believe both positions for trent will be experimented. Sign geertruida if we go the trent CM route!

You know I am extremely excited for the new season, I just can't wait to see what this guy does. It was sad to see Klopp go but it's not as if he was fired and everyone resents the team and the new manager, he chose to go so there was nothing that could be done about that. But now as time has passed and thinking more about it I'm just hugely excited to see a new person bring their ideas to the table with these players, and hopefully it'll work out. I don't really have any huge expectations for this season, hopefully they can maintain Champions League for the next year, but anything beyond that is just a bonus. So exciting!

I don't feel like arne slot era is starting yet but it will come before season start gor me and I am excited for see what happens.
Would love to see Trent as a marauding wing back like Frimpong last season. It would still allow his creativity from wide, but also allow him to arrive in the box as a direct goal threat.
Love the idea, but does Trent have the engine for that? Stamina and tenacity haven't exactly been key strengths so far.

A little concerned by his assertion on 433, i hoped we were moving into 4231 and use of a 10(we have many good ones) to take some responsibility and goal scoring away from out wide, which as we all know dropped off at the end of last season. Also asists in succession to Salah, and an extra holder in midfield would certainly benefit a defence prone to silly breakaway goals.
Get alonso once this guy flops and gets sacked which is the only way to save your club from mediocrity.

Its better they didn't wanna spend much with this overrated fraud as he's a panic appointment so why give him huge budget if he's yet to prove anything to begin with . I feel like he'll get sacked before the season ends and that coincides with alonso being available so go for him next year which is the only way to save the club from mediocrity .
