For some strange reason, I strongly feel that some members of the Toronto police service are definitely going to act out against Mr. Zameer and his wife anyway they can after this not guilty verdict. I hope he moves out of the city because he practically has a target on his back at this point.

Police work is highly, highly dangerous and stressful. The vast majority of us could not stomach a single shift.
Nonetheless, when it hits the fan (which is an everpresent feature of policing), it's sad to see some segments of the system close rank and seek to punish the public and avenge the fallen.
Shame on the Crown for being cowed and pursuing the case to the end.

I do not believe that the chief of police was unaware of what was occurring. The police chief should resign immediately because if he were honest and fair, he would not have allowed this to happen. This case has completely destroyed Toronto police's reputation.

" Court also heard one of the officers punched Zameer in the face as he was handcuffed on the ground during arrest. The officer said he was trying to get Zameer to stand up and move and punched him for his own safety. " Citizens can punch police officers for their safety from now on.

Police should now work on properly prosecuting these carjackings that's happening now in the province. Teenagers must now be brought up on adult charges, because they fully know what they are doing. These criminals are using the Youth Criminal Justice Act as an excuse to commit even more evil crimes.
