Body mass- An average Bengal tiger can weigh upto 235kgs, while average African lion weighs upto 190kgs. Tigers are 100lb heavier than lions on average. While the largest tigers reaching upto 325kgs and the heaviest ever recorded was weighed about 389kgs.
Body built- Tigers are pound for pound stronger than any other land animal with more muscles than that of lions. Tigers are 72.6% muscled. The body built of Tiger much varies to that of lions. The Tiger contains long thick-well muscled stronger upper limbs, while lions contains long skinny lower limbs. Also Tigers contains stronger hind limbs than lions.
Stamina- Tiger is phenomenal in this case. As Tigers can drag heaviest 1500+kgs gaur carcass to 50 yards has been reported, what a 13 men can't drag even one yard. But lions can't do the same,lions hunt down large prey but they never drag the prey to their territory.
Hunting skills and prey animals- The Tigers are a solitary hunters, their known to take down large prey in one on one. While lions are pack hunters,a pack of lions can take down a cape buffalo. Which is far smaller than a Gaur which the Tiger regularly prey on.
Fighting techniques- MaleLions are known as built for battle. But that was just judged by looking at mane of the male lions. Maybe that's true,they evolved with mane being purpose of that. But that doesn't mean Tigers don't fight well, Tigers fight was terrifying and dangerous as compared to Lions.
Behaviour- Female lions are little aggressive than males, while male lions are much more brutal as compared to Females. Male lions kills everything what it don't needed even lion cubs.
