    Note that it may be useful when placing the GM logo, this does not indicate that he is one of the great chess players, this means that he is a chess player, and when placing the IM or IM logo, this indicates that he is one of the great professional players in the world, and its meaning is I'm, meaning I am the world champion, while GM is an abbreviation for the word GM or unknown player from the champions

    • @ChessPlay64
      @ChessPlay64  Месяц назад

      There seems to be some confusion with the titles (or I didn't understand what you meant). Actually, GM stands for "Grandmaster," the highest title in chess, and IM stands for "International Master," which is a title below GM. These titles are awarded by FIDE based on high-level performances in tournaments.

    If you look at a computer as many humans than Magnus + Hikaru should partner to play Deep Mind. For a computer by its very nature of composition and access to a data ctre is unfair intrinsically.
    Objective:
    If two or 10 grand masters can’t win, than this type of analysis/tactics is the domain of computers. This is a huge epoch in how we should favour computers to work for us.

    • @ChessPlay64
      @ChessPlay64  Месяц назад +1

      Interesting perspective! Pairing Magnus and Hikaru against a system like DeepMind could showcase how top human players collaborate to challenge artificial intelligence. It’s true that computers have an inherent advantage due to their computational power and vast databases, but these matches can inspire us to leverage such technology for our benefit rather than mere competition.
