I was paying child support directly to my child's mother and when she decided to put me on actual child support through the state, everything I had given her was considered a gift and I owed nearly 20,000. They took my passport and I continue to pay monthly support and I have to pay the arrears.

I lot of people don’t know this but the state keeps a percentage of your child support payments. That’s why they ignored the money he was giving her, even when had receipts, and made him still pay the state directly. They made a bag too.
Fucked it they couldn't make him pay the percentage missed based on the receipts to her. SMH Fucked up system, even when they know she doing some straight grimy shit. That shit is all for the women and it's like fuck men.

Wow, I have a sister who plays these games with here kids dad's. She has two sons with different dads and she plays these messed up games with both of them. I can't stand it, feel terrible for these guys and my sister should be ashamed of herself.

I saw a guy in a similar situation that he basically had to give all the money he had in his account which was over 5 million dollars to his ex wife and b4 his court date he basically went and spent almost every dollar he had on foolishness..he rather spend it all then to give it to her, of course he had to go to jail for 2 years but after he came out he secretly put some money away n now is living his life

I'm glad that my kid is 19 and I don't have to worry about paying any child support, back child support, bank account levys and property leins from the division of child support. Glad that I divorced my ex wife and got full custody of my daughter before I came up and bought real estate.
