His costume instantly made me think of Shoma Uno's, and then I saw the title of the piece. I wonder if this is Jason Brown's goodbye to his last fellow skater from the Sochi Olympics.
I don't speak Korean, but if you mean whether Shoma Uno is retired, then yes. Unfortunately, but he will continue as a professional skater (ice shows).
Hate to say it, hes waaay past his "best by" date. Give it up already. You can only go so far with the boring skating. His refusal to do one simple quad is what making him boring to watch.

He may not do quads but his jumps are smooth as silk that you don’t think they are difficult. He just skims over the ice. So beautiful.

I’ve always loved the way he skates. The musicality, his lines and connection to audience is spot on. Sure he doesn’t have the jumps but that’s ok.
