Hello how much advil can I take for my hip and nerve pain from scoliosis, I'm in my early 40s and I take 6x 200mg a day it helps, is it too much or too little? I also exercise 20 min a day, however at night I'm in pain 😥

Hi I have watched your videos many times. I am 91+ years of age , and am at preset getting treatments for my scoliosis,but I don’t feel these treatments are going to stop the progression and I am now going once a week.
