She is being starved and is malnourished. Jasmine is a result of an abusive human.
She needs love, affection, training, a regular schedule and consistency. Right now, the baby never knows what to expect. She's hungry and she gets a bath. She's sleepy and the woman teases her. No consistency. She doesn't need a bath every day. She doesn't need a bath because she pooped in her diaper. She needs to be changed every 2-3 hours. Get up in the morning at the same time. Change diaper, get dressed, eat breakfast. Lunch time, change diaper, tree ake nap. Dinner, play time, change diaper, go to bed. Same schedule every day so she knows what to expect. It will make the monkey much calmer and feel more secure.
