There are 3 types of leadership:-
1) Autocratic leadership
2) Democratic Leadership
3) Laissez-faire or free-rein Leadership
1) In this type of leadership style, the leader has all the power of taking decision. Centralized power we can say that
2) In this type of leadership style, the leader has all the power of taking decision but in this his/her subordinates also give their suggestions before the final decision and leader hear them also make changes if necessary. It means in this type of leadership everyone has right to take initiative in making final decision.
3) In this type of leadership style, as name suggests everyone is free to take their own decisions, here decision taking power is distributed equally to everyone.
