I don't even know what to say after this, Icon Swaps is genuinely the last straw that's broke the camels back for me, every single piece of enjoyable feature in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team has been torn to pieces...again. I'll still be doing FIFA Content at times, if it's looking back on old FIFAs, the FIFA Funnies series, but not if it involves me actually playing the game for long periods of time. It's just not worth it. If you want more IRL Football content or other games let me know, but I just don't want to force myself into this game when it's obvious that it's trying to do all it can to be competitive, suck my money out of me and waste my time.

Ea is such a shit company. When people are finding ways to make the game more enjoyable for everyone, they’re very quick to make it harder, but for other things, like updating a players pricerange, it takes weeks. They’ve really got no hearts.

F1 forever. I prefer football as a sport. But I say 'F1 is so much better in so many aspects. There's no scripting and career mode introduces things before EA. Example - Interactive Press Conferences. I said F1 is way better as a game but I prefer football and he said I'm bias. Makes no sense. I got him into F1 and he's doing his best to defend his original point. F1 is so much better for a game and it's so underrated. Would rather play MyTeam which has no scripting than Div Rivals

Actually on Fifa 16 etc. I would get division 1 with a average team but the last 2 FIFA’s I’ve been around division 6/7 cause I won’t put money on the game or play like a sweat ..... so i’d Say you’re probably the shit one who’s doing alright cause of how fake this game is

Chem Styles need removing from the game. Literally, what is the point in getting an expensive player/icon like Henry, when you could quite literally get Gelson Martins for whatever he is going for, I imagine like 1k coins, and just whack a marksman on him, and have him be better than Henry? I remember when players like Miccoli and Pato, would run riot and have only 85 pace or so. If you were to put peak Miccoli or Pato from FIFA 12 or so, into FIFA 21, they would be considered trash cards, almost unusable. Fast defenders mean you need fast attackers, and the fact quite literally everyone has 90 pace CB's because Joe Gomez with Shadow costs 30k, means that to be competitive you are miles better off just running 99 pace attackers. It's such a massive issue in the game that never gets talked about.

I’m not bothering to play fut champs ever again as I’ll just come up against varane mendy Gomez and I finished gold 3 and got absolutely f all so I’m stopping fut champs and since I’ve stopped playing fut champs I’ve only been playing rivals squad battles which I already play I’m currently on elite 2 on sb and friendlies

FIFA 19 was my last FIFA. Stopped playing because it was just not about Football anymore. Although FIFA had nothing to do anymore with pure football since FIFA 17 or something. Switched on PES 20 and now PES 21. Absolutely incredible football simulation. Give a shit about licenses, in return i can enjoy pure realistic football......

You are just telling the truth. You doing the right thing to say your community to not play this awful game. I bought the game and I thought: yeah this year its gonna be great. For the first time I wasn't spending any money. my goal was to buy Vidic because am a Serbian guy who was excited to have him. Long story short answer: After 2 weeks I stopped playing this game and life was wonderful.

This year I quit fut champs and refuse to play rivals unless i force skills and refuse to care. I do objective cards only because it used to be fun and i was gaining more then depression. The first icon swaps was dodgy but this one is insane. First game playing and a man who had a 4-3 lead was so scared of me getting my fourth that for A WHOLE HALF OF FIFA PASSED IT AROUND THE BACK. The game is officially dead. Skill based match making is the reason and its all down to EA
Enjoy f1 while you can cause ea will surely destroy the game next year!

That's why they introduced price ranges back in FIFA 15 to combat coin sellers and have been stricter on coin transfers since then. I wanted to do Mid Hagi in the Icon Swap but I'll pass. The grind is not worth it. My time is more valuable than some FIFA cards.
I make FIFA fun by playing as my favorite club in their league in tournament mode vs world class AI. I do 20 minute halves and do a match every other or every other other day. I exclude weekends and I try to stretch it out over the course of a few months. Makes it feel real since the team in real life I support also sucks. I just have fun with it and try not to stress.
The only good EA game is ufc why can’t they do that well on fifa

I play fifa have 10 years, And i never saw a game that you don't know what you are playing.
I still play Fifa 15 friendly seasons with mates, and even online seasons is up and I play that occasionally. Gameplay is ten times more fun and better than 19, 20 and 21.
I won’t stop playing FIFA but I will stop playing FUT. I’m a Career Mode player at heart and that’s all I’m gonna play from now on.

Look I think the 60 cap is bad as well but it was only to stop people doing golden goal. You have to win 14/60 (less than 25% of the games) and because friendlies is based on skill rating you will come up against players of your own quality so you should easily be able to do it.

I totally agree with everything you said regarding SBC value. On the other hand icon swap cards are not that difficult & certainly do not take as long as you say to achieve. Yes opponents can be sweaty, but if you can’t win 14 out of 60 games in skill-based match making, you should not be playing FIFA. Loving the EA are Cu@#s content, keep ‘em coming.

I think most of us are just not patient enough to develop a good way of playing...I've been trying so hard to play like in reality (I even try to do triangle one-two like Alves and Messi lol) that I've lost a lot of games against players who play only with through balls, stupid runs straight in my defense, 1000 one-two and other meta studid things..But now hehe...I'm finally really really good at what I wanted to do.
Dribbling (without spamming step overs) is very easy
Keeping the ball under the huge pressing is very easy
Defending against through is very easy
Anyway I'm having fun now that I found a solution for every stupid things in this game lol.

Recently got the batman arkham trilogy on xbox. Its 16 quid for all 3 atm. More development has gone into the throw away side missions than I've ever seen in any fifa game. The more games you play, the worse fifa looks and feels. I used to have around 10 friends on fifa pretty much every day. Now, even at weekends, there is 1 or 2 people playing fifa. It's dead

EVERYTHING is geared towards UT and you BUYING FIFA Points, everything. They don’t want you to spend too much time playing friendlies and actually just enjoying playing casually... WHY? OR just play FIFA 17. Vizeh isn't wrong. I've been playing FIFA 17 for the last 4 years. When I turned FIFA 21 on for the 1st time I knew something was terribly wrong. You really notice the drop off when you go from 17 directly to 21. It appears EA have been killing this game a little bit every year. When you buy the game every year it becomes less noticeable. But when you jump from 17 directly to 21 it's blatantly clear what is going on. They killed defensive AI to increase scoring and it ruined the game...
----- Oh and don't play Cyberpunk 2077 ----- watch BeatemUps 45 min video "CD Projekt Red are all Liars" for the reasons why...
Completed both One Nation challenges in 15 games total. It wasn’t that bad, just saw less rage quitters. Im in Div 2 btw

Invest the profits into the next game to improve the experience, but EA have forgotten that, for them it is about certain executives/employees & shareholders making a fortune on bonus payments or dividends due to Fifa & Madden. EA are trying to takeover codemasters now, so for F1 you'll have to sell your left kidney to get a Senna or a Ferrari, R.I.P. Fifa and maybe F1 in the coming years.
Everybody knows that fifa is getting worse and worse...But some days ago I have an idea for you, create a squad with your favorite players, not the best players, your favorites player, I think that would be very cool, and its an idea to a fun video!

I just stopped playing this repetitive shit and I regret putting 100 quid into the game this year because people use the same defence and the same meta players I usually get gold 1 with players like laporte Lampard rijkard and normal 83 jesus this game has lost its uniqueness and it’s a shame to see by the way I have gone gold 2 and gold 1 every week and my best player in this fifa is middle inzahgi (who is my first ever icon and went for 280k which was the cheapest icon at the time) and road to the final Alejandro gomez who went for 140k so unrewarding
You couldn’t have said it any better mate. I actually quit playing ultimate team 3 weeks ago, and yesterday after the icon swaps were released, my level of respect for EA as a company just went even more down than it already was. They took the single thing that made this community into a positive environment and they just ruined it. It’s almost as if they are trying to ruin this game on purpose. Anyways, fifa 21 has come down to a point where there is shit rewards + shit gameplay. There is no point of having to go through the stress and shit gameplay week in week out just to get shitty 79 rated player picks, and one board in all of your packs. I wouldn’t even mind if there was good gameplay + shit rewards, or shit gameplay + good rewards. That says a lot about this game. So sad to see where this game has come to, keep up the good work mate :)
Why don’t people just quit the game after all that has unfolded over the last 6 years? It bizarre for me. It was easy for me to quit, maybe cause I lost interest quickly. If your done with the game, then your done with it for life. Their are better games out their I promise you.
Only thing I play on Fifa now is pro clubs but sadly it’s getting worse each year. Every game is a flip of a coin on how well your pro player plays it’s ridiculous.
Fifa is sadly a game that needs to take a gap year or at least 5 and come back better but I doubt that will ever happen
Ultimate Team isn’t fun anymore. It’s become a pool full of sweats who spend 24/7 grinding out SBC’s and Weekend league games like there’s no tomorrow. Miss the old days where the only goal was to get to Div1, but now since streamers and players are getting paid and funded by EA, there’s nowhere for a casual FUT player to play. Just to get to a gold prem squad last year took me 3 months of squad battles and weekend league, and that’s after placing terrible in every week. Before it was you wait for TOTY OR TOTS to finish out your squad, but nowadays EA just forced ppl to buy packs and try their luck. Nobody even plays FUT Draft after you draft the team because people only want to create the 195 and 196 that kids on RUclips care about
This game died a very long time ago. It started the decline with Frostbite and the journey. Playing games is meant to fun, it's not supposed to be like an awful job you hate but actually pay them to let you do.
I ve stopped playing fut i just dont enjoy it anymore EA are idiots, they are just ruining the game more and more each year. Its not fun, now they even ruined icon swaps and frendlies, frendlies were the only thing that wasnt toxic in this game and now they managed to ruin it. From now on im only playing career mode.
Honestly u should just make videos of u playing f1 to be honest I will continue watching u because I enjoy you’re content so if that means u switch games then that’s fine I just want u to be happy so do whatever make u happy

I stopped playing fifa for about a month and in that time I've completed 2 other games without a single moment of rage. Gaming has returned to become an enjoyable activity.
U should be able to win 14 out of 60 games and if you can’t then u don’t deserve the icons and the packs. The game is meant to be played it’s not meant to be golden goal and there is nothing wrong with what ea did
