I don't know where you find this music, but I want to go there when i die. This is friggin brilliance! The lyrics, the melody, the whole composition delivered with such raw open unassuming emotion is just...flawless.
there's a beautiful Schoenberg quote here, from "Verklärte Nacht" intro. the "maybe i'm awake, maybe i'm asleep" lines, just noticed that now. Björk also took a sample from the piece, and made "Hidden place" with it 🖤

Somehow, over a two year period of knowing of this song, my mind kept calling it "The Impressionist". I only just now realized it's just "Impression".

Every time I re-discover this amazing video, it takes my breath away.
That´s the beauty of this kind of music, this isn´t recorded in a studio, so you can´t do many things right in terms of sound, but let me tell you that the quality of this guy is excellent nowadays many people can´t do music so good as this, just that ;p

Yea. This definitley works for me. The double camera efffect - flippy floppy views on the drums really made me feel like I was in the room with Jack (I'm trying not to sound too weird here but it was a cool-cool effect.)
God this still rips, so glad I've come back to it after all these years
