Seeing Gentaro and Kintaro so sad and listless breaks my heart. I hope the keepers can keep enticing them with oranges and other fruit, so they can get their energy back. Gentaro is sitting on Momotaro's log, keeping watch over his family.
My heart aches for MOMOTARO and his Beloved Gentaro. 😔 If I wasn't petrified to fly..my daughter and I wish to stand there in Beautiful Japan and just watch their UNCONDITIONAL LOVE that they have for each other. My favorites are when Gentaro is playing with his Beautiful Zoo Keeper, Gentaro playing with his Precious Brother, and when his Beloved Daddy and him play together. Sending ya'll so much Love, and all of my Heart..I am praying our GORGEOUS SILVERBACK GETS BETTER. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Maybe they all need to stay inside for a day and see if they could help and let the boys see there dad thru a glass so they can encourage him to get better! This family has made us understand there not much different then we are when it comes to feeling the pain of a family member
From tomorrow at least for three weeks the zoo is temporarily closed. In a way it is good for the family. This policy is done due to the current state of emergency against COPID-19 by the government of Japan.
Glad to see gentaro and kintaro out side,and kintaro eating fruit,gentaro grab a branch,and climb ☝ to eat.Genki shows business as usual,eating,and looking after 👦.Everyone calm,and quite,but thats okay.
Кинтаро все еще грустит! Он нехотя забирается на перекладину, хотя раньше он это делал молниеносно и весело! А Гентаро меня рассмешил своим важным видом настоящего вожака на месте свого отца :)))
Кинтаро тоже заболел, это видно, он сильно похудел и очень вялый,не ест совсем, много лежит, забирается с трудом по перекладинами. Это уже не переживания за папу, он явно болен инфекцией. Только бы это не ковид был. Зоопарк закроют для посетителей с 23 августа по 12 сентября, на карантин?
@@ЕленаАлексеева-р1с ну в целом во всей Японии из за олимпиады сейчас вспышки короны, закрыли из за чс в стране, как я поняла Я тоже склоняюсь что это кишечная инфекция, но вопрос как они ее подцепили, это же зоопарк должен следить за этим всем((
Не удивлюсь, если они подхватили какую то кишечную инфекцию. Едят , поднимая все с земли, но хоть территория закрытая, туда прилетают птицы и не мудрено, что они могли стать источником инфекции.

Только конечно от человеческих болезней они защищены, а тут если гастроэнтерит , то он имеет инфекционную природу. Только бы не ковид. Малышу Кинтаро они видно антибиотики не дают и как его заставить, если он ничего не ест.

They look better, but still sad, and yes I think Gentaro is trying to step up and be in daddy places to feel better and to reassure mom and bro that he will protect them. They are truly amazing. Kintaro looks like he has had a growth spurt in the past week.Thanks for the video😇🦍😎

I don't think Kinny could eat that piece of fruit any slower! Still not good! How is Momo progressing? Seems a long time for just a pharmaceutical problem! Did it develope into something else, is my concern? Thanks as always for our updates!
I agree...seems like something else to me. He still does not look good but at least he is eating and getting better little by little. And Kintaro does not look good to me. 😭
Despite going through what Genki has gone through during her life, she is actually a cool customer. Yes she suffers from anxiety but I only see her get uptight when the keepers take too long opening the door to go inside for feeding time or upset throwing things at Momo or Gentaro to move away. Getting harassed by Gentaro or getting bitten by Momotaro doesn’t seem to faze her.
Kintaro doesnt look well, his pot belly is gone. Did anyone else notice that when he was eatting the fruit he was eatting it slowly and look like he had difficulty swollowing it? I truly hope that this wasn't covid! I hope this zoo would be transparent enough to disclose it but this is not U.S.A it's Japan, things are different.
Sorry, I don't want to offend you but your comment regarding Japan is not nice! I am convinced the the zoo respective the keepers in Kyoto do their very best for this animals! The videographer told us many times that the zoo struggels with finacial shortage and surely that makes everything difficult! But I am also convinced the people in Japan are not worse than in the USA! I live in Europe and many things that are common in the USA are very strange to me either!
@@elisabethroth1591 the zoos in the US have to follow a certain criteria to stay accredited, and I'll tell you, some zoos do not post the ongoing issues with their animals for a reason, because they don't want to lose the support of their visitors, which they rely on for funding. In the end...money is the big reason as all zoos need it to feed and take care of these animals.
I wonder about covid too. Covid is raging in Japan just like here in the US but maybe worse and some gorillas got covid here at the San Diego zoo. Maybe at others too but I don't know for sure.

I'm really noticing how Kintaro is getting a beard like his mama! Lol

If they have caught a virus (covid, gastroenteritis ...), Genki is likely to be infected.
