이 집 할머니 내공이 특별히 더 상당하시지만... 사실 평생 음식해온 할머니들 내공은 요리유투버들은 쨉도 안되고 현직 셰프들이랑도 집밥 한정으로는 더 나을거에요. 각종 김치, 장 다담그시고 저렴하고 신선한 식재료 보는 눈도 뛰어나고 사실상 냉장고를 부탁해 미션을 자식들 먹이느라 매일 하는 수준이라 창의력 응용력 위기대처 능력 다 ㅅㅌㅊ

@@user-go8lq9kv7v 사실 할머니 때 음식들의 재료나 다양성이 좋지는 않았음.
먹고살기 바쁘고 음식에 신경을 많이 못써서 특히 이런 화려한 음식들은 할머니 세대에선 특별히 나오지 않는한 배울 수 없음.
우리 할머니는 생전에 많이 해드신게 장아찌류 젓갈류였는데, 그게 간편하게 바로 먹고 일하러 나가기 쉬워서였음.
영양학적으로나 미적으로나 지금 셰프들의 음식이 훨씬 높은 차원이긴하지만 할머니 음식들에는 추억의 맛이라는 게 들어가 있기 때문에 잊을 수가 없는 것임.
할머니가 청와대 수석 요리사 출신이라고요????
그럼 한국 최고수준의 요리사란 건데요
어쩐지 요리나 행동거지가
보통분이 아닌것 같았는데
