I just rewatched those episodes today during another binge of this show.
There were so many clues even at the beginning with a potential setup with these two. I am sad they weren’t end game.
I love Nina, don’t get me wrong. But I wanted frankie and Maura to be together.

They're funny, which make they don't get together sad but funny in a way lol
