There is no “seggs slavery” in Islam, and it’s forbidden to grape slaves in Islam. Slaves can have intercourse if they want but only with mutual consent because Quran and numerous hadith command to be kind to slaves and forbid harming them : Quran 4:36, Bukhari 30, 6050, Ibn Majah 3690, Muslim 1657a, 1659a,c, Nasai 4736.
«Worship Allah alone and associate none with Him. And BE KIND to parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, near and distant neighbours, close friends, needy travellers, TO SLAVES IN YOUR POSSESSION. Surely Allah does not like whoever is arrogant, boastful.»
(Quran 4:36)
The Prophet ﷺ said that slaves are our brothers and we must guarantee slaves food and clothing like of their masters, not overburden them with hard work and help them when they need help with their work

The Prophet ﷺ said that if you slap or hit a slave you must set him free

The Prophet ﷺ said that the one who kills/mutilates/castrates a slave must be put to death/mutilated/castrated

Major Shafi'i scholar al-Halimi (338-403 AH / 949-1012 CE) said when commenting on Quran 4:36 which speaks of kindness to slaves : "If she disliked being touched or intercourse, then he shouldn't touch her or have intercourse with her without her permission”.
