I don’t see the Cubs giving up Wesneski and a top 100 prospect for 1 year of Glasnow. 2 years maybe, but absolutely no shot for 1 year. Yes wesneski would need to be in the deal, but then another prospect like Mervis, McGeary, or Murray.
To take on 25 million for Glasgow candidly they should be attaching a prospect or two to get rid of him. He's as nasty as they get...but 120 IP being your career high 8 seasons in says all it needs to on its own.
As a braves fan, they aren’t trading Waldrep. It’s already been stated he’s the future ace of the team. Braves will send AJSS and Murphy or Ritchie. But yes I do want Cease on the Braves
So you have Burnes who is the better pitcher being traded for a #16&17th ranked prospect and a 250 hitter but Chicago get 2 top 5 prospects for a worse pitcher. Crazy
I think a Corbin Burnes trade is possible, but I think the Twins would to have up Polanco, David Festa, Jose Salas, and SWR. It’s going to take a lot since it might be a bidding war. I’d love to see it as a Twins though, even though we’d (probably) only get him for a one season.
I forgot to mention. The Rays lost 3 Starting pitchers to tommy john in 2023 and 1 in 2022 and Glasnow just returned mid season in 2023 from injuries and Tommy John. He will not be traded, the Rays have no pitching. More Fantasy Fan Dreams.
🤣🤣 Fantasy Fan Baseball Dreams! Mike Trout is not leaving the Angels. Hes just fine living in Orange County California by the beach, Spring Training in Tempe, Arizona. Living full time in Southern California and making 100's of millions of dollars. Hes the face of the team and the Angels do not care to trade him just like they did not care to trade Ohtani. Keep Dreaming.
Top offensive prospect and top pitching prospect all for a guy that isn’t nearly as good as the ace you have who wouldn’t require losing top prospects? Now that would be a dumb move. Now extending Fried and doing this trade is something I can get behind but trading for him or one of the others for a year or to even extend instead of extending fried would be idiotic. If they let Fried walk I just don’t get the logic. To go and spend all that money locking up all your young stars long term only to go and hamper the team, shooting themselves in the foot by not keeping their ace is crazy. Why Do all that if the plan wasn’t to try and succeed? Not to mention they’ve already traded away 3 of the guys that spent time in the rotation last year. Most notably trading Kyle Wright and Mike Soroka along with young top pitching prospect shuster. If Charlie Morton had been worth 20 mil a year for the last 3 years what should Max be worth? Like I said he is their clear cut ace and as good as Spencer’s strider has been he has also been very inconsistent. Fried is that solid anchor in the rotation
The Tigers would be foolish to make that move. It would just set them back once Bregman leaves for a better team after the 2024 season.
I wouidnt trade manning but I would throw in Olson or Gipson long

If the twins can actually pull off these trades, we could have something here. Lopez, Burnes, Ryan, Manoah, Ober. Neat
Vasquez and Farmer for Whitley would do it for me.
How much mud will your wall hold?

Was just about to reply something similar. 120 inning career high and 25 million price tag will scare most teams away

Nice video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well I just got updated that Yankees is most likely out of the trade for Soto 😢
If this is true, I am not surprised. Padres want top talent for Soto even if it is a one year rental.
That red sox deal is definitely worth taking the chance on

ESPN is talking about Trout to Atlanta at the deadline in 2024.

I actually really like the Bednar trade idea
You can take Trout off of your trade list. The Angels don't want to trade Trout and he doesn't want to be traded.
Yes he does. The angels aren’t winning anything anytime soon.
As a Cubs fan, I'm going to politely decline in the Glasnow front.
I would just do Culpepper with how mad he was this year not even kep and especially not schoble

Jorge Polanco isn't headlining a package for Burnes.
Angels said Mike trout will not be traded under any circumstance
Nice research but it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is the right package. Those that have the most toys win

This didn’t age well.

I think the Twins would have to give up more than those 3. If you were the Brewers would you do that trade?

That alex bregman trade is a no go cmon now🤦♂️
These are some very good trade proposals. I would love it if the Tigers traded for Alex Bregman.
The tigers def need some offense. Only Greene and tork can hit.
I think cease will come down between the o's and Braves.
I would absolutely love if the Twins could pull off these three trades, you need to call Falvey and let him know what he needs to do!
Manoah was terrible last year. NO WAY,!
Stopped watching this after the dumb trout trade lol.. no
