Thank you. My Intelia leaks a lot overnight, and I assume an o-ring failed. In my testing, my tank doesn’t leak on its own. It’s water tight, and the spring and seal appear to work. It leaked while in the unit.
Is there supposed to be an o ring on the inlet side of the unit? Mine just has a plastic stem with no seals.

Hello Andoni Cadenato Velasco, We actually purchase the parts individually and then assemble the kits ourselves, so I am unsure if another retailer assembles and sells the same kit. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States either. - Sarah
