    I finally found some supposed Buffalo mozz. It was $8.99 for 7 oz. ball. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! so good! Must have come from California. I've tried some really great homemade mozz. and just like Tony G. says........ ya get a puddle of water in the middle.. break-out the paper towel so absorb some and back into oven. Boarshead has a really good whole milk mozz. that I shred and it's very low moisture, and it works very nice. If you're looking for a VERY nice cheese blend with great taste, try SUPREMO ITALIANO, Cinque Formaggio 5 cheese blend....... whole milk and part-skim mozz, parmesan, provolone and Romano cheese. Really nice cheese I buy at Restaurant Depot. Thanks for video........ I'm still trying to make "The Perfect Pie" before I die. As always, TONY G, rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
