    • @gwawrhearn1350
      @gwawrhearn1350 3 года назад +44

      @@NeuroimagingClara It is damaging, however since a lot of people blow dry their hair anyway, they might as well style it at the same time. Hair straighteners and curling irons are way worse for the hair, and so I think that a blow dry is comparatively better for your hair, especially if you use proper heat protectant and deep condition your hair regularly.

    I tried to do this last week lol and my arms fell off and rolled over in there grave 😂 I felt so awkward doing my hair in these different arm positions with the blow dryer , but after seeing this video I feel more motivated to try this again , Thank you for showing the techniques.
    UPDATE‼️
    MY ARMS CONTINUED TO FALL OFF AND IT DIDNT WORK FOR ME , I’ve taken into consideration that my hair is very long and thick to my waist and I don’t think this method works for Long hair unless u want to spend hours doing it . I’ve finally decided to buy the famous Revlon Blowout heat brush and it works nice although AGAIN ‼️ NOT FOR LONG THICK HAIR ! I’ve found a better way to achieve this look by just straightening my hair sleek and then using the revlon blow out heat brush on the ends and BOOM WORKS 🚀 u short hair , mid length hair girls are lucky 🍀

      did it damage your hair?

    • @denisemarie7991
      @denisemarie7991 4 года назад +6

      @@ieat-bunnies-forbrunch hmm. Hard to say. I have normally dark brown hair, went a bit lighter with highlights and I have noticed one or two broken pieces, but i dont know if that is from the highlights. I only wash my hair twice a week, so i am only using the dryer twice a week. It is intense, and i do find i switch to the cool setting a few times during the process. My friend has thin, fine hair and i told her not to buy it. I would say its only for thick hair that you want to straighten and smooth. Like i said it is a game changer for me. I love it. Hope that helps!

    My hair is about your texture but more ringlets. I have a Revlon One Step, and I love it. However, if I want to look more polished I'd definitely go with a round brush and blowdryer. The Revlon One Step is nice for a quicker day to day style. But there's nothing like an old fashioned blowout to feel much more polished. More time consuming, but worth it.

    You’re very beautiful, I’m going to try it. Something tells me its going to take me tons of practice. I also have that brush dryer, that I’ve never been able to really use properly. Maybe cause my hair is long so now I’m going to try blow drying it like you did.
