Would really love it if you made a similar thing with more colorful/out there products ❤ Like some sort of capsule for ppl who have all the "basic" stuff but want to experiment every once in a while, and don't really know where to start. Maybe along the lines of water activated liners, bright palettes, cool glitters?

Julia, I would love to see you try more Kbeauty products! I'm really happy to see you loving the Clio mascara and the Romand lip products, but you should definitely tap into that market a little more and try some more wonderful formulas! As a fellow Canadian girly, drugstore prices are getting SO out of hand and although the formulas ARE improving, I sometimes think packaging could be improved. I find Kbeauty is both affordable, performs great, but also has beautiful packaging.
I'm an avid Kbeauty addict so some brands I would recommend you to try are dasique, Unleashia, fwee (their lip pudding pots are going viral on TikTok), Laka, Clio (they have some really pretty palettes), AOU (more expensive BUT very popular in Korea), Amuse, WakeMake, colorgram (so affordable and super cute packaging), Jung SaemMool, espoir AND so many more. I could seriously go on and on about other brands.
Romand and Clio are typically the most popular ones or most well known ones here in North America, but there are so many hidden gems that people here don't know about 😭

Seasons 1-4 were some of the best TV in years. Seasons 5&6 had their issues, but overall good. Seasons 7&8 were a crime
Just the way all the characters were able to time travel all over the map made no sense. In previous seasons, travelling would take up most of the season!!! I could go on FOREVER

I have dry skin and I wonder if I mix it with a moisturizer or use a primer like the Merit Great Skin, it would be okay? I have a hunch that it be uncooperative tho. Maybe I can get a sample and try it. That blush shade is what I go for and it looks like your perfect shade! I like the CT spray too, but I feel her products are so overpriced and such a cash grab! It’s my new favorite! It blends out so effortlessly, leaves the skin with the most natural coverage and finish and it lasts all day! I wore it for 17 hours one day and it still looked amazing when I removed my makeup at the end of the day🫶🏻😍
Great choices!! I have a similar skin type to you and usually love your recs but I tried the Urban Decay foundation and it didn’t work for me, unfortunately 😢 it looks great for a few hours and then gets oilier than some of my other foundations throughout the day. Not sure why!
The freak lip liner is amazing, I’m probably just going to get all the colors left that I don’t have at this point. I’m going to have to try a few of these, we have similar preferences!

Julia, have you tried the Maybelline New York 2-1 Build a Brow liner? It is quite amazing, but the colour I like isn't available in Canada. The Deep-Brown has a slight red-ish tinge which might work for you actually. I was able to find a place to buy the Brown-Black :)

Also btw, where do you get the CLIO kill lash mascaras? Also how to you remove them at the end of the day? I’ve heard they’re not that easy to take off…
I normally get the CLIO mascara on Amazon, but they’re also on websites that sell Korean makeup brands like Yesstyle and Stylevana 😊 and most cleansing oils/balms will take it off, you might just have to work at it a little bit longer. I use the Clean It Zero cleansing balm and it comes off just fine!

Julia! I also love the essence pure nude highlighter but I was wondering if you have tips for combatting the dark cast it seems to leave on me? I think I am around the same skintone because I also use tower 28 dtla, but I always have to layer my blush pretty heavy on top of the essence highlighter or else it leaves somewhat of a dark stripe? Love your videos sm, part of my daily routine 💗💗
I would try applying it with a fluffier brush. That may help lay the pearl without as much base pigment

I really want to try that UD foundation!! But I follow some dry girlies on RUclips and this didn't work on dry skin :( I think it's more for oily skin girls.
I have completely fallen in love with the Natasha Denona hyglam concealer with the Laura Mercier secret under eye brightening powder. My fine lines are not enhanced and they are blurred and I am over 50.

When you said that the Urban Decay foundation didn’t mix well with the elf primer, I felt SO much relief 😅 I thought I was the only person on earth that didn’t like the foundation (I was especially confused bc we have very similar skin types!), but now I want to try my sample out again. Love this look and this video! I have a lot of Romand lip products but I also think my favorite might be the glasting water tints for the reason you described, I only have rose stream but I think I have to get mauve moon now 🫣 which version of the clio kill lash do you find to be the most separating/least clumpy? I really want a mascara that gives big impact quickly but a lot of those types of mascaras tend to make it look like I have three lashes total on my whole head 😅
Do you think the Urban Decay formula has similar qualities to Mac Face and Body, or Dior Backstage? Mac Face and body is the only foundation that doesn’t settle into fine lines around my mouth and pores on my chin…I’m always looking for foundations in the same vein to try

@wplants9793 Try salt New York sneaky balms. They aren’t self-setting like Mac face and body but they have a truly skin finish. I never set it and it never gives me trouble. I bet you’d love it. And it’s inexpensive enough to get two shades and customize

You don’t need a happy ending for it to be a great ending. When people say they wanted a good finale, they mean well-written! The showrunners themselves said their choices for the last seasons were heavily influenced by wanting to “subvert expectations.”
Hi Julia, if you love the Tower 28 concealer, I really think you should try the Live Tinted one! Amazing coverage, no creasing, and the reason I like it slightly better than T28 (even though the formulas are very similar) is that the Live Tinted has a better shade range in my opinion. Would love to see you try it, I think you'd adore it!
