And sadly, Women from the poorest sections and tribal women showed steepest decline. Well, there are many reasons for that decline, like genetics, nutrients, income of the country and you won’t believe but the government too is involved for the cause of decline in the height of Indians!!! As a certified Sports Science Nutritionist, I say that Gaurav bhai ki yeh saare researches 100% sahi hai.
It's true up to some extent that genetics and health issues has a big role in our body. But nutrition also plays a huge role as well. So, shareer aur brain ke vikaash keliye sahi nutrients prapt karneke alawa koiaur raasta nahi. But the sad thing is that lots and lots of foods are wasted foolishly by a bunch of fools in our country.
Bhai how can one grow height according to you?
@@knownsingh819 , firstly,if your genes has set a limit before,then no matter what you do,height kabhi grow nahi hoga. 2ndly, even if your height can reach at least 6ft,but if you're constantly cover-up by illnesses,tab bhi height grow nahi ho payega. 3rd point jo sabse zaruri hai..:- even after possessing excellent genes and always healthy,lekin agar paryaap matra me sahi nutrients prapt nahi hua,toh height ka growth rate extremely slow hoga,brain development bhi slow hoga,and you'll be prone to several illnesses which will result in degradation of our body.Ultimately,aatma(rooh) pe bhi bura asar padega.
So, the only thing you can do is eat enough amount of nutrients or good & healthy foods.

My hight was like 4foot . In 2019 i came to faridabad i have see all my class mates are taller then me. 2020 my hight was 5. And when I had wisit in haridwar on 2020 my all friends where of 4.5. Now I am in faridabad 2021 and i my 5.7 . And i am almost equal to my all friends.
