    Great video. I need to bond another controller, do you have any video how to open this boat, thanks.

      Hi there, to open the boat you need to use a very sharp knife like a stanly knife or a craft knife to cut the silicone bonding, it takes time (around 2 hours) but you also need patience.

    Could you please give me a few more details on how you attached the release arm to the. hopper door. Thanks

    Have you any pics of your hopper linkage, where exactly you fitted servo, doesn’t seem to be a lot of room inside . Thanks

      Unfortunately I don't however, the servo is located to the right side ( when viewed from the rear) and then there is a rod from the servo to the hopper.

    Good afternoon sir. My name is Peter van Poelgeest , I live in the Netherlands . I have a question about the Flysky gps autopilot Futterboot. I have a carpmadness XXL. Does the Flysky need an update from the internet. And if so, where can I find that update and what do I need for it? Sincerely, Peter.

    Hi buddy
    Great video, great mods love it.
    Just curious as to how you drive it?
    I’m thinking of having a motor on each stick so it drives like a tank, is this how you did it?

    • @350ypvs2187
      @350ypvs2187  2 года назад

      Thats not how I did it, I enabled V mode on mine but its not quite right plus I have changed the boat a bit since I made that video.
      I will be changing the controls to the same as a tank but only on the one stick (right stick) this way it will turn much better and faster, I have already changed the propellers to 30mm speed ones (still yet to try it out) and I need to add an arial as I want more range as in France last month I was boating out to 46 wraps and sometimes it would loose connection but once I dropped the bait it was ok so there seems to be a bit of interference there.

    Hi Great video ,i have a question hopefully you can help , my procat mk1 is losing signal at about 10 metres. i have changed the crystals and there seems to be no improvement, i am at a loss any help would be appreciated. thanks

    • @350ypvs2187
      @350ypvs2187  3 года назад

      I think that maybe the wire inside either the controller or the boat that connects to the arial has broken or come off the mount or dry solder jointon the aerial mount, check the controller first as that is easy and will take around 10 minutes, if all ok then you need to gain access to the reciever by the battery and check that wire too especially at the mount but im not sure if the mount is in the hull of the boat.

      @@350ypvs2187 thanks for the quick reply, i have access to the motherboard as i have the boat apart , i separated the controller to have a look and it looks ok where the aerial screws in ,i will have a look at where the wire is soldered to motherboard in boat but i didnt see any wires that were loose or broken ,its got me baffled the boat runs fine until about ten metres then all lights are flashing and no response.

      i have noticed that if i hold the controller higher it goes another metre or so then does it again ,pulling my hair out with it lol

      Have you checked where the batteries (controller) are for signs of corrosion as if there is any then it will reduce the voltage somewhat and give you the same issue.

      @@350ypvs2187 yeah ive checked that there is no corrosion,im thinking maybe it could be where aerial wire attached to motherboard i will check again and maybe re-solder it as at the other end its just attached with brass holder and screw where the boat aerial screws to boat,and ive checked that ,it is secure.

    How do I convert my waverunner to 2.4ghz

    did you do this upgrade yourself and is it a service you can provide

    • @350ypvs2187
      @350ypvs2187  3 года назад

      I did do it all myself, a bit of trial and error, unfortunately due to the amount of time it took it would not be economical to provide the service, in parts alone I spent almost £100.00 then plus the labour.

    Hi pal we were messaging a few days ago about my signal problem,ive decided to upgrade to 2.4ghz i was just wondering what esc's you used and have you just connected straight to original wiring for motors. cheers pal

    • @350ypvs2187
      @350ypvs2187  3 года назад

      Hi there buddy, yes I remember chatting to you about it, yes I connected straight to the motors with the esc, just make sure what type of motor you have, if there brushed then they will have 2 wires, if there brushless then there will be 3 wires.
      If there are 2 wires then this is what esc I used off ebay item number 264436719104, you will need to buy 2 of these.

      @@350ypvs2187 hi pal, one thing that im not sure on , how have you powered both motors off 1 battery.Do i have to join esc power wires together or is there a wired harness or something you use? thanks pal

    • @350ypvs2187
      @350ypvs2187  3 года назад

      @@carperman2533 yes I joined them together, all I did was solder them and the new battery terminal together at the same time. I used a male and female terminal on the end so that when I then put the battery through the top part of the battery deck I could just plug them together if you know what I mean.
