    Honestly the best online review of a bike that I've seen. Everything you said as you were riding was informative; no worthless rambling comments. These guys should have you do all of their reviews. If I buy one of these, I'll come all the way down to Charlotte and buy it from you. Good work.

      For real, you've got a knack for it. I've watched about 15 reviews for this bike and all of the longer ones have not been that great. Yours was very informative and well communicated. Sorry you had a rough day man, and I hope things get better for you.

    HD has been using that seat for a while. It's good for about 150 miles. After that, you're left wishing for more cushion. However, like you said, with the stock setup, the Roadster is designed for shorter rides. I own a 2016 Roadster. I made modifications to mine so that I can go from the stock setup to a sport/touring setup by swapping out a few things and bolting a few things on. These bikes are extremely versatile.
    Believe it or not, you get used to the mids. The pegs are larger, because in the twisties you need to hug the tank with your knees. This pushes your feet outward. The larger pegs help to accommodate this scenario. At first, I used to hit my shins on them at stops, but not any more.
    Great review. I join you in recommending it to sport riding enthusiasts, and anyone else who just wants to own a fun ride. :)

      @@rider14mcd63 I changed my rear turn signals to those of a stock Sportster. This way, I can use HD Detatchables hardware. When I ride longer, I switch seats to a Mustang Regal Duke, slide on the HD Detatchables sissy bar with luggage rack, add my Viking sissy bar bag, bolt on an HD mustache engine guard, change the handlebars to those from an Iron 883 with a 1 inch riser, and snap on the HD quick release sport windshield.

    I’m thinking of buying a roadster or a 48... i like the look of a 48 more, but kinda afraid of the small tank. It also looks like the braken and suspension of the roadster are better... what’s your take on it?

    • @theinfinitryda
      @theinfinitryda  4 года назад +1

      The roadster is a great bike. The tank is small but with this style of bike stopping more frequent is better on the buttocks. Lol. I have a small tank on my Sporty but I like to stop at least every 1.5 hr anyway so works out great. And braking and suspension are better because of the inverted forms makes for a more sporty ride. It’s an amazing machine.

So I had to wait til it charged back up. GoPros are very unreliable. I’d say look at the insta360 one r 4K if you thinking about getting an action camera.
