      Yeah....That didn't happen. Why are you so desperate for attention you tell lies on Facebook. There isn't a single cop that would respond to a DV call where a woman calls police and claims her BF beat her that upon arrival investigates and determines the female is lying and then telling the male victim they will arrest him for being stupid and not breaking up with her of she calls again. I guarantee the truth is you watched this video, wanted to be relevant, and made up this story about a fake girlfriend and fake DV situation. By your logic if a bank is robbed twice the cop would arrest the teller for "being stupid" and not realizing until it was to late to hit the silent alarm. I bet the truth is that you are in your early 20's, still a virgin, have never had a girlfriend, and still live at your Mommies house where you spend all day playing video games and watching Anime......

      Sounds like a great idea, but how would the courts sort that out? The whole point of a trial is to sort out whether or not someone is guilty. They have to define what is abuse and what's not, it's extremely difficult. You could think you're being abused when you're really not, it doesn't mean you should go to prison. And I highly doubt women will ever agree to a law that only applies to them. If the law was ever to be a thing, it would have to go both ways, meaning it would cancel each other out, resulting in nobody wanting to come forward about abuse for fear of losing in court.

    • @jasonfrost6448
      @jasonfrost6448 29 дней назад +1

      @@crazymarkiplierfan It's not actually that hard since your scenario isn't realistic. Did she call the police? yes. Did she fabricate a story that didn't happen to try to get someone implicated in a crime? yes. Would the law only apply to women? no. IE everyone who falsely calls the cops on a minority for existing within 50 feet of them or people using the police as their own personal security whenever they get uncomfortable in situations would all be subject to that law.
      A prosecutor has to have enough evidence for there to even be a trial. It's very simple. If you accuse someone of something and the prosecutor finds that the investigation into your accusation are blatant lies to where their time was wasted, you should in turn be the one prosecuted. If there is enough evidence that a trial can happen, the accuser is good even if she/he loses the case because at least there was enough evidence for them to have a case. That's pretty cut and dry.
