I followed the steps but the output have issue- while hovering it did change state to hover variant but it stays rather then going back to Default state. please guide what to do. because now after hovering all over screen it turns into hover state variant.

i appreciate the time you put to watch the video. Please duplicate the file from description to analyze.
Basically all it is;
Circles put together in a grid very closely and their size changes by hover.
Then to add more visual effect we put 2 layers of rectangles over the whole frame and play around with their Layer Options.
