That's brilliant. It's interesting that you used "while hovering". My initial thought was that it would require some kind of "drag" interaction. So cool! 🤓👍
Actually, as I discovered in my Parallax Following the Mouse tutorial, if you use Mouse Enter it works better as 'hovering' caches the animation and if you move around too fast it will finish playing out all the animations when you leave the area, whereas Mouse Enter does not.

I created a circle for the eye ball, then a set of circles for the iris and pupil. Then masked them in an oval shape.
