200k for a house in Georgia is considered “cheap” ….But most of those houses are sold…It’s crazy out here and the wages aren’t going up….🙄 I’m sick of it!!! I thought about leaving America. In my area, (Decatur, GA) The starting amount of houses are nearly $400k….Horrible!!!
Literally! Now $200k isn’t bad usually but for these 2 bed, 1 bath, 800 sqft homes, hard pass haha. You hit it right on the nail. Thanks for watching ❤️
I grew up working class and didnt have any savings until about 5 years ago. Just after I started making more money and had my daughter...everything got expensive and I almost feel poorer than I was before. 😢
Them shutting the economy down was a big mistake. They also let big investment groups buy up a massive amount of affordable housing. Bidding on property wasn't a big thing around the country also drove up prices. Lockdown mad people think everyday is Christmas so they are spending like crazy on stuff they don't need. Cities rushed to raise taxes on properties, home association fees double tripled and insurance companies raised rates. Insurance companies are dropping policies in disaster areas and cars that are crimes waiting to happen. Go buy all you hygiene supplies while they are still cheap. The solution is a collapse of the economy to drive prices down. It's called the American Decline
I seen some crappy apartments so I look it up on line to see what they where asking for rent they wanted 1000 I seen projects that looked better . This is sick

I had to get a part time job just so I can save more money for retirement and have an emergency fund smh
I’m so sorry about that. You should be able to have all those things with just one full time job! SMH
Where do you work?
You can’t drop the kids off over grandma house . She don’t want to feed them . Food cost too much
Exactly! And that’s sad. Even the retired folks aren’t receiving benefits like how they were before
