His performance was incredible because it felt so real and grounded - like I BELIEVED that shit. It was awkward because either we know someone like that, or we've BEEN the person posting and oversharing and wanting that sort of validation... such a pointed commentary on the toxicity of social media and clout culture and the desperation of people craving validation... yikes - a real important film that will hopefully get more attention in time!
just end watching the movie, I really loved it. Joe Keery really needs more attention and more performances on the horror genre, he's really good! Surprisingly funny!
the movies needs more attention. Joe Keery is so likeable in everything he's in. wasnt too happy with the ending. without spoiling it. the end credits wouldnt have went that way in this day and age.
Right?!?! I just watched it and I'm suprised theres no one else who, like me, wishes the ending was different. (Spoiler alert to anyone who hasn't seen it) I really wanted him to just finally kill Jessie, and Kurt should have stayed alive but instead her pompous self just got more fame😭😭 horrible ending imo but great movie altogether
@@obesekaren i feel like that was the hwole point, the whole plot was that kurt could kill and finnaly reach a famous, and its seen through jessie, he put his dreams and goals and projected it on to her, and that same thing killed him in the end, only for her to carry on and even get more towards fame, and i thought the ending was cooler because, HE GOT FAMOUS AFTER HE DIES LIKE THATS SUCH A TOPIC IN MAINSTREAM MEDIA IT WAS SO DETAILED AND SO COOL
why do yall wish the ending was different i find it so unique seeing as how most movies wouldnt end that way and that’s honestly what made me appreciate it so much
Good interview Perri and I'm interested in these kinds of interviews. But looking at this view count. It's not the kind of content your viewers are engaging in. Mark Fernandez made the buissness decision equivalent of restaurant getting rid of all its main courses and chefs and becoming a small cafe.
this movie is criminally underrated outside of tiktok Joe Keery deserves more attention
Honestly

Great and very original movie! 👏👏👍👍
You should make another movie where Kurt lives
Kurt Kunkle bumps the best songs

Idk whenever someone plays a murder role in a movie I'm afraid of them irl
I can assure Joe is a good person, from what I’m told he doesn’t have a bad bone in him. Watching the movie for the first time on Friday
Very good movie,i enjoyed it 👍
Great movie modern day setting joker

@@icemalereal kind of. people are really wishing to be kurt on reddit, planning things out lol. there are really rideshare killers out there
*gulp
Like, you thought it was based on a true story or...?
Idk bc it’s like live stream based I thought it was real at first
The only person actually famous is Joey Keery in the cast and in the movie it's exactly opposite.
