Respected Rama, Poji & dotor, since special status is not initiated in spite Govt assurance, I suggest sale tax deed price plus seperate max tax official to outsider should be to max to discourage buying Goan land. For original Goans sale deed tax should be nominal & categories. This may definitely discourage for outsiders.

CM should be Felicitated n given an Award for highest number of Crimes under his tenure n especially within these few months..the Crime rate in goa has gone up,so CM n BJP govt should be appreciated n given an award.
Whether the bungalow was legal. Whether the house owner was the owner of land or trespasser has to be found out and the time taken in courts for granting justice as some courts are without judges leads to such issues.

Pramod Sawant, chief minister is very, very weak, for so many cases in Goa ,he always say that he has study the case Goan fill that he should be resignation and stay as post man in his constituency to learn everything and then only he can come in politics.
CM must resign he can't save our Goa,we as goans don't get any land n all sarpanch panchayat r only giving permission to builders but harassing if we build a small room also in our own land n demanding money,even MLA's r involved in it.

It's time bouncers culture should should be banned in Goa. In this case the criminals and the victim will be sleeping in the same bed.
