Lovely and well done review!! Currently been looking at many of the -cough cough- Rolex Perpetual alternatives and this one definitely takes the wrap! Can't wait until Traska has more inventory!

Ive never heard of your channel before and stumbled upon this video. And I am really impressed by the quality of your Video. Im going to look into others on your channel but from I just saw man people need to see your channel and you deserve far more followers. I can see how much effort you put into these videos

A lovely dial but those indices at 12 would absolutely be a dealbreaker for me. That watch should never have left the factory.

Another great video! Looking to get this still and the new Omega x Swatch eventually. I really appreciate how casual and honest you are in your videos. Would you say this is more mint or Tiffany blue? In some pics/vids it looks mint and the other times it looks Tiffany blue. I know they’re very similar but I don’t want it super bright and want it toned down some like the Tiffany blue

Hi E! Thank you so much for the kind words, hugely appreciated 😁 Yeah the Moonswatch is cool isn’t it. I was going to go and get one yesterday but overslept. Probably a good job given the queues! As for the dial on this I would say it’s closer to the Tiffany Blue. It’s not really bright it just manages to stand out through being an unexpected colour on wrist compared to the norm. It’s a great little watch for the money, the case finishing is brilliant. If you go for one just give that dial a really good check over around the indices and make sure the QC’s good 👍🏻

Watch looks great. How is it after a few months of wear? Does the lume work well on those tiny hands? Does it last long?

I really liked the review. I disagree with it having a color matched date wheel though. The white matches the color of the hour markers making it more balanced. If it was color matched it would be too much green at the bottom.

I think it is a very nice watch, I am a person with a thin wrist and I think I would be perfect, in addition to the fact that a new version with improvements to the box will soon come out. We'll see how it goes, but I'm interested in buying one of them. Tanks for the video

Excellent review very well made! Keep it up I will definitely continue to check out your videos. Since I saw you reviewed both how does this stand up to the Astor + Banks? Both similar styles and both have these mint dials so I am debating between the two.

Is this colour still in trend today? Was it hard to blend with the clothing's that you wear or does it work well with a monochrome selection?

The indices at 12 should be resolved by Traska. It's a simple fix really, just put them together. All said, it's a great looking watch and a great piece!

I hadn't heard of Astor Banks watches. I checked them out - very nice, but the mint green and powder blues are sold out. 38.5mm case, too, so a slightly different animal (and a little bit pricier), but very nice overall - - I would seriously consider buying one if they were available, though there's a bit too much text on the dial for my general preference.
Traska has a No Date version of the Commuter available now too... overall, I like it a lot.

Man, too bad the channel went tits up, because I did like the style of your videos.
Just bought the 38 mm dark green sunburst dial Commuter. Proper Rolex OP vibes, with interesting colour choices and on your doorstep exactly one week after placing the order.
Always surprised that anyone would notice your watch, irrespective of the dial hue. Wore a Tiffany blue dial Islander for a short while, only the most watch interested colleagues had a casual check.

I like the watch but I agree with you. I prefer their other options like the Venturer GMT 👍

Wow! Hands down the best review on youtube in terms of microbrands. Nice editing and material used in the video man, keep up the good work! :)
Do you think its worth spending 500+ dollar for this piece? Im just going to use as a day to day watch.

Thank you! Very very kind of you my friend! 😁 hmmmm I think if you really really want a mint green dial, some OP vibes and want to support a US brand then look no further. If you want an everyday sports watch from a micro brand that’s a bit different and has its own design ethos then I’d say have a look at Astor+Banks, the fortitude lite is a great watch with an almost interstates bracelet look. You’re a bit spoilt for choice these days with a $500+ budget in micro brands. Bloody nice problem to have though 😁

Yes, I do. I have the Traska Summiteer in black. It is a great value. I recently sold my vintage Rolex Air King (that I bought new 30 years ago) for triple what I bought it for and this was one of my purchases.
