Every person featured in combination with their surroundings, automatically created a new narrative that feel like the foundation for a whole new movie, every time. You tell the story of a place and its people so extremely well without ever directly interacting with the people. Truely unique, this is top notch story telling in the hardest way possible, this is art. Thankyou.
Its amazing what you can gather from any place on earth with a keen and patient, well trained eye. These shots were very very deliberate. Gawx is, IMO, a master of Film craft! And i really don't say that lightly, these shots and of course the delicious sounds that accompany them are absolutely brilliantly seen, sought and selected. Japan in 3 minutes. This is gorgeous and I agree. My bestfriend and I moved to Japan after college. That's 15 years ago and now we're married, living in an apartment by a river lined with sakura trees. This place... it's not perfect but it's one of the closest compared to other places. It's peaceful, convenient, beautiful, affordable. Wife and I have decided to stay here for life.

GORGEOUS!!!! It's not just the touristy 'Tokyo' and the cliche manga/anime and all. THIS is (albeit a snippet) a true experience of how the land of the rising sun is.
i am in love with how (idk if its intentional) you've made the more serene frames coincide with the piano and the more hectic ones to the strings. especially since by the end there is a mixture of both the piano and the strings, and there are shots of people being at peace in a hectic city. the music and the interplay between the frames made my day. (youre my role model by the way, i need you to know that)

I don’t know how you’ve done this, but the way you are able to incorporate the live sounds in with the music is amazing, I’m not sure if this is inattention but at 1:53, the blue street light beats to the sound of the orchestra which is so cool, and the way you are able to tell the story of the intense city vibe and the chill and peaceful country/jungle is amazing. Many stories were told by each frame, i can imagine the life of each person featured in this masterpiece, the colors the music everything about it makes these stories better and better, a 3 min short movie was more interresting than many MANY 3hrs movies i have seen. Thank u gawx for your hard work
I like how well the music and film mesh together. The strings in the new busy city, the piano in the old peaceful countryside. 2 extremes, existing in one place harmoniously.
The rural side of Japan seems like the perfect place to live in. So much beauty, calm, respect from people, healthy and clean spaces... man, what a show.

This is easily the best Gawx video. I particularly love the shot at 0:57 where the man is staring at the Genbaku Dome, I've been there before and seeing it in person is very moving, I felt like I was reliving the moment in that shot. Really beautiful work.

i just returned home in the Netherlands after a 3 week trip through Japan. of all the countries i've been trough in my life i've never seen anything like Japan. the people, culture, architecture, city's, shops, cars, temples and castles... are like from another world. i can't describe the feelings i felt walking through the city's and nature there its like walking through a movie. Thank you Japan, for being so beautifull. ❤
